A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined our "From Table to Nature" Cooking Demo Workshop, a meaningful collaboration between Roots, Harvist, and Shang Yue.

Over two inspiring days, we explored how thoughtful ingredients, creative cooking techniques, and a deeper connection to nature can come together on every plate. It was wonderful to share ideas, learn from one another, and celebrate the journey from farm to table.
