We are thrilled to introduce our first discussant, Esther Manduwa!
At 26, Esther is a Malawian entrepreneur and a third-year Bachelor of Arts in Media for Development student at the University of Malawi. As the Executive Director of Chilengedwe Natural Food Produce, she leads innovative agribusiness initiatives, including beekeeping (since 2019), rice farming, and diverse crop cultivation. Driven by her passion for sustainable agriculture, youth empowerment, and community development, Esther is committed to delivering high-quality, environmentally responsible solutions with a focus on social impact.
Esther’s work perfectly aligns with the theme of the 4th Series of the National Youth Conversations: Unlocking Youth Economic Empowerment and Job Creation Opportunities Towards MW 2063.Her skills in sustainable agriculture and innovative agribusiness highlight the incredible potential of Malawian youth to drive economic growth and create jobs through entrepreneurship. We can’t wait to hear her insights on how young people can leverage their skills and creativity to drive Malawi's economic transformation!
