"I Had A Dream"..

Linda has been travelling a lot during her life, from working nursery in a hospital back in Switzerland, and lodges in Mozambique (Africa), she has acquired knowledge in hospitality management and with the love of Food preparation she has worked her way through good and hard times imposed to women labor. With persistence and love for what she does, she has successfully achieved a name in the Food Industry. Four (4) years in Africa, life was hard but with a confident mind she has led her team to success and all her pears were pleased of her performance. Four (4) years at the Clavis Primary School leading a team of 3 at the school's canteen she has shown determination to satisfy children and parents' expectations. Soon will be the time for her to move on and fulfill her dream... opening her own shop. Recently joined by her son Andy, who has a Diploma in Food preparation (Silwood Cordon Bleue Kitchen - South Africa) and now Designer at Renovato Mauritius, they will both fulfill Linda's first dream.

They propose you, this coming mid October 2013, a menu which has never been on the market. Of course, everyone has his own way for preparation, but we assure to surprise you!...
