Today is a very special day for us at Il-Panzier 🎉

Since opening our doors in 1996, our journey has been filled with passion, dedication, and the incredible support of our customers. This year, we proudly reached our first milestone with the launch of our website and today, we celebrate our second milestone: 30 amazing years of Il-Panzier.

And just to be clear… this is not an April Fools joke 😄
It’s a real celebration of three decades of memories, hard work, and community.

We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way. Thank you for being part of our story ❤️

Il-Panzier Restaurant has been nominated for the Best Gluten Free Restaurant 2025 by Malta Gluten and Lactose Free Week and Coeliac Association Malta.

This means a lot to us as we are the first restaurant in Gozo to implement 97% of our menu for Coeliac and Gluten Free.
