I'm a culinary trained chef with over 10 years experience on 'back to back' charters on yachts 40-80 meters, with over 10 years in prestigious resturants, New Zealand, Austraila, London. Turks and Caicos Islands.

I'm fully up to date with all dierty requirements, gulten free/dairy free etc. Able to adapt to last minute menu changes. Work well under pressure, used to stepping in mid charter hitting the floor running.
Always calm and well liked by all guests and crew. I'm looking for relief positions for charters.
Excellent references available.
