A lot of people have been asking what Chef Boutique actually is.

The simplest answer?

It’s many of the products and preparations we’ve been creating behind the scenes at NJC for years — now available beyond the restaurant.

From duck leg confit and sous vide duck breast to pulled duck, duck rillettes, slow-cooked and smoked meats, and ready-to-finish proteins, Chef Boutique is built for people who appreciate good food but don’t always have the time, equipment, or hours to prepare it.

Portioned. Sealed. Ready when needed.

Whether you’re hosting friends, looking for better meal options at home, or running a restaurant, bar, or resort that wants to offer more without adding pressure behind the line, Chef Boutique is designed to make great food more accessible.
