For Tasha Fernando, some of the most meaningful memories with her grandfather were found in the simplest moments: a phone call always answered, a gentle “Putha, how are you?”, and a reminder that no matter how busy life became, your loved ones always came first.

As part of Dilmah Gen 3, Tasha grew up hearing the stories of how Dilmah began, while witnessing what it has become, a brand that has touched lives far beyond tea. Through every milestone, one thing has remained unchanged: the values that shaped our Founder. Humility. Kindness. Gratitude. And a deep belief in uplifting others while never forgetting where you came from.

Today, as the next generations walk forward together, those values continue to guide the journey from family to community, to every cup of tea shared around the world.
