We are currently having an opportunity for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Our Coffee Shop is located at the Duty Free Pointe Seraphine shopping complex, an exclusive area dedicated to show the best of Saint Lucia to the visitors arriving mainly on cruise ships.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual able to work flexible hours, organise the day to day activities, such as: food preparation and sales. This entails but it is not limited to:
*Prepare basic meals, drinks and cocktails
*Should know basic food safety principles
*Follow hygiene standards
*Operate POS system
*Friendly interaction with guests, both foreign and local

Requirements:
Valid Health Card
Fully vaccinated
Prior working experience preferred
