Existing lubricant wastewater(Oil in water, Water in Oil Type) contains 95% water and 5% oil. Most wastewater treatment is pr...ocessed by either vaporization to separate oil and water or high temp incineration. These processes consume tremendous energy cost for high temp which is uneconomical and un-environmental.
Our“Hyper Cracking Technology” provides enormous economics by separating oil and water 100% with reproduced oil. Segregated water is considered as general wastewater to be processed directly to sewer.
