7th Door × Seroja Collaboration Dinner를 진행했습니다.

서로 다른 문화와 음식의 뿌리를 가진 두 레스토랑이
각자의 철학과 재료, 그리고 이야기를 한 테이블 위에서
나눌 수 있었던 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다.

행사 예약이 오픈된 지 하루 만에 전석이 마감되고,
수많은 분들이 웨이팅 리스트로 기다려주실 만큼
큰 관심을 보내주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다.

함께 멋진 시간을 만들어준 Seroja의 셰프와 모든 팀원들,
그리고 이번 행사를 위해 싱가포르까지
함께해준 7th Door 팀에게도 감사드립니다.

무엇보다 저희의 음식을 경험하기 위해 찾아와 주신
모든 게스트분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

At the Michelin two-star restaurant Seroja in Singapore,
we had the pleasure of hosting the 7th Door × Seroja Collaboration Dinner.
It was a meaningful evening where two restaurants, rooted in different cultures and culinary traditions, came together to share our philosophies, ingredients, and stories at one table.
We are truly grateful for the incredible interest and support. Reservations were fully booked within just one day of opening, with so many guests joining the waiting list.
A heartfelt thank you to the chefs and the entire team at Seroja for creating such a wonderful experience together, and to the 7th Door team who traveled all the way to Singapore and worked tirelessly to make this collaboration possible.
Most of all, our sincere thanks to every guest who joined us to experience our food and this special collaboration.
