We are no longer in Humphreys, South Korea, and are now based at Fort Stewart.

We’re excited for this new chapter and getting ready to start serving our new community—can’t wait to connect with you all soon!

I hope you’re all doing well.

I wanted to take a moment to personally introduce you to Tika, who will be taking over my meal prep services at Vitality Kitchen and Care.

Tika is Haitian and French, and she brings such a beautiful blend of rich flavors and culture into the meals she prepares. She is a spouse currently stationed at Camp Humphreys and will be serving the Camp Humphreys community, as well as Osan and surrounding areas, with her meal prep services and weekly plates.

Cooking is something Tika is truly passionate about, and I feel so confident passing this on to her knowing that she will continue to provide delicious, comforting meals that you can look forward to each week. I know she will care for you all just as much as I have.

Quick update VKC family 🤍

I wasn’t feeling well on Sunday, so I privately messaged those who had scheduled pickups or deliveries. Yesterday was also a bit of a challenge as we worked hard to meal prep for Osan, Humphreys, and surrounding areas all in one day. My sincere apologies if my responses were slower than usual while we focused on cooking and getting all deliveries out.

Pastries will be baked today and tomorrow and delivered as scheduled. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support. Truly grateful for this community. 💜
