Dining at The Hermitage The Restaurant of the historic Hermitage Inn, serving locally sourced, traditionally influenced, fresh and delicious food, spirits & hospitality.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily. Serving locally sourced and fresh food our emphasis is on honoring the traditional tastes and flavors of the Caribbean, and serving as much as we can source or make ourselves. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wednesday nights we feature our Caribbean buffet and Friday nights our wood-fired pizza oven delivers thin crust, Neapolitan-style pizza. Dining is on our terrace which is open air, and candlelit, romantic and quiet in the evenings.

Oh yes he did!!

Since Richard has missed his second annual visit to his birthplace of Pennsylvania, where one of his delights is Scrapple - a German influenced mix of pork sausage, cornmeal and spices that is fried and a delicious breakfast side dish - he challenged the amazing chefs at Hermitage to duplicate the recipe!

Richard says it’s better than he’s ever had. Come try it!
