Behind every sweet moment at Socola, there are these amazing women ❤️

Socola may be a small business, but it is built every day by passionate, talented, and hardworking people who put their heart into what they do.

Sary, our pastry chef in Siem Reap, has been with me since 2022 and is truly my right hand (and sometimes my left hand and part of my brain too!). She keeps everything running smoothly, even when I’m away, and I’m INCREDIBLY grateful for her dedication, her talent, and the positive energy she brings to the kitchen.

Dalin, our pastry chef in Phnom Penh, studied at Bayon Pastry School in Siem Reap. She is one of the bravest and kindest people I know, and I feel very lucky to have her as part of this adventure.

Dani joined us more recently, but she is already showing so much talent and dedication. I’m so happy to see her grow with us.

Sreyleak has been supporting us for a long time, and her kindness and help have always been precious to us.

Every day, these women make Socola what it is, and I’m so proud to work alongside them ❤️
