🔍 Open Positions

1. Restaurant Manager
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards of food quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and meet business targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

2. Assistant to Restaurant Manager
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all operational and administrative tasks.
- Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service oversight.
- Step in to manage the restaurant in the Manager’s absence, ensuring continuity of service.
- Contribute to process improvements and help maintain a positive team culture.

3. Supervisor - Service
- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage seating, take orders, and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- Train and mentor service staff to uphold service standards and brand values.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient order flow and timely food delivery.

4. Supervisor - Kitchen
- Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Control food costs, minimize waste, and maintain inventory levels.
