Want to stir fry your vegetables stress free. For the sturdy vegetables like broccoli, french beans,cauliflower and carrots, we have to blanch them first(pre cook). Blanching is a process where you boil water in a saucepan(let it boil at 100°C) .as soon as the water boils, add in your vegetables and remove after one minute. Drain under cold running water in a strainer or colander or sieve to stop the cooking process. You can refrigerate the remaining vegetables for tomorrow!
