Hello lovely people 😊

On the third week of every month, since March, we have been hosting the Female Voices In Poetry Open Mic, in collaboration with Poetry After Lunch and The Kenya Cultural Centre-KNT . Creating this space has been beautiful. We have been introduced to new and talented voices. We have interacted with amazing poets who command the stage and speak their hearts out. We have been grateful for it all; for anyone who has showed up and continues to help us build this community.

Today, we bring you the sixth edition of our Open Mic experience. Like the previous five editions, this will be an afternoon of poetry, spoken word, music and art. Our MC for the day will be Array Records Ltd. . Everyone is welcome kutokea - whether you are ready to take the stage or sit in the audience and listen.

We look forward to your presence. 🤎

Date: 20th August 2026
Time: 2:00PM - 5:00PM
Venue: Kenya National Theatre (Wasanii Corner)
