こちらではふくろうカフェにおいで頂く際のお願いごとを記載させて頂きます（Please read followings before you visit to our owl cafe. English is below.)
フクロウにストレスを与えないための
【入店時の注意とお願い】
① 店内全席禁煙です。
② ３歳未満のお子様のご入場はご遠慮いただいております。
③ フラッシュ撮影は禁止です。フラッシュ機能をＯＦＦになっているか撮影の前に設定の確認と撮影する前にカメラを床に向けて試し撮りをしてフラッシュがＯＦＦになっていることを２回確認お願い致します。
④ 店内では、大きな声や音をたてないでください。携帯電話等の電子機器はマナーモードに設定お願いします。
⑤ フクロウの前で手を叩いたり、手を廻す、素早い動き等、フクロウを煽る行為はやめて下さい。
⑥ ガラスは叩かないで下さい。

ふれあいルームの注意とお願い】
① フラッシュ撮影は禁止です、必ずフラッシュがＯＦＦになっていることを確認して下さい。
② フクロウはトイレのしつけができません。 ふれあいの際に糞をしてしまう事があります。お客様の手や服にかかってしまうこともあります。その上でふれあいをするかご判断ください。汚れたり、持ち物等破損した場合損害の補償はできません
③ 犬や猫のように撫でられるのは好みません。体重も小さくデリケートです。触る時は指先でやさしく触れて下さい。
④ 顔を近づけないでください。
⑤ 胸や足を触ることは嫌がる為、触らないで下さい。
⑥ 無理やり抱き上げるなどの、行為もやめてください。
⑦ 噛むこともありますので、くちばしには触らないで下さい。
万が一フクロウによりお怪我をされた場合、応急措置をさせて頂きますが、お客様退店後の治療費の支払い等は、できません。

【Note for Owls】
We are not compelling your conduct in the house with legitimate rules but well-mannered and consideration to other guests are highly appreciated. (Owls can but die when they feel big stress, so we really appreciate your cooperation.)
1. No smoking is allowed inside HOHO Café.
2. No one under 3 years old is admitted.
3. Photography using strobes or flashes is prohibited. (Please do Test-Shot twice before you take a photo. The Owls’ eyes can be damaged when they get strobes or flashes.)
4. Please set your cell-phone or smartphone to silent mode.
5. Please keep your voice quiet here.
6. Don’t make passes at owls like clapping your hands, waving your hands in front of owls or zooming back and forth from them.
7. Don’t hit the glass-windows. If you not play by above rules, or Staffs make a judgmental decision you are put in an unsafe situation, we ask you to go home. Besides, you need to be complete your payment swiftly.

2. Be careful, owls may defecate. Owls can’t be trained toilet. So, please note before entering PLAY ROOM. Your clothes and belongs are not guaranteed.
3. Owls don’t like stroking like a kitten or dog. They are really fragile. So, please feel them with your fingers gently.
4. Don’t close your face to owls.
5. Don’t touch owls’ chest or legs. They don’t like it.
6. Don’t held that owls up in your arms roughly.
7. Don’t touch their nib. They may bite you. When you are injured, we give you First-Aid, but we don’t pay your hospital bill. If you not play by above rules, or Staffs make a judgmental decision you are put in an unsafe situation, we ask you to haul your ashes. Besides, you need to be complete your payment swiftly.
