The baguette traditionelle is believed to originate from Paris, and it differs from the baguette classique in that it must be made strictly with only flour, water, yeast, and salt. No additives. The dough goes through a fermentation process that gives it a more pronounced flavor and crustiness. This baguette is a favorite of mine that I love to enjoy with fromage or as a jambon beurre sandwich, or cut into long slices to enjoy tartine au chocolat!
I am very happy to be making traditional French pastries, bread, and food for you all! I also make cheese, butter, and french summer drinks on the occasion.
