WELCOME TO “THE REVIEW CRU” we are a group of like minded individuals, all of whom come from a catering back ground in some way, shape or form. Many of us still are involved in the industry in one way or another. We range from ex chefs, front of house, cocktail waiters and bar staff. We are NON PROFIT! ALL reviews are OUR OPINION and are not open to debate. This isn’t good or bad jersey business. We are also to happy to be invited to or advised on places to review but will NEVER take a payment or gift from a business. Appreciate your time guys and we look forward to getting the first review up from next week. Feel free to suggest places you have been that are stand out good, or stand out bad.
