I have been thinking about you and the children we serve with Air Castles And Slides. I hope all of your family is safe, healthy and doing ok in this challenging period because of COVID-19.
This is Debbie, I work with all of our customers to help you with your children's party, but I am reaching out to help you now as a fellow parent because you may be unexpectedly homeschooling your kids!
I homeschooled our kids and they are now very successful, well adjusted, and happy adults. In the homeschooling 'world', I have been a trusted resource, published in books, websites, and on National TV, as well as a featured guest for TV news specials for alternative education including ones hosted by news anchor Ernie Anastos. For many years I also maintained the "Homeschool Hotline" to help parents through the process of starting homeschooling, what subjects to cover, how to find resources, alternate ways to teach school 'subjects', maintaining school records and getting their kids into the colleges they wanted to attend. I also have a master's degree in online learning and distance education.
Homeschooling helped our children achieve their goals and be very successful in college. They graduated from Rutgers University with high honors and went on to earn graduate degrees from Duke University (NC), Cambridge University (UK), and UPenn Law (PA). They are now working as a professor at Rutgers University, as a head men's and women's varsity coach at NJIT and as a 'big law' attorney in NYC.
You have just found a treasure trove of FREE information and support! Even our 'Air Castles And Slides' company was a homeschooling project to teach our kids ethics in business before the 'world' tried to teach them otherwise. We have been through the challenges of homeschooling and loved it! I can help you and your family enjoy homeschooling too!
