La raccolta è andata bene, oltre le aspettative e i timori che portava il periodo estremamente caldo✨

Ma per trarre le conclusioni sull'annata, aspettiamo ancora un po'. Diamo tempo al vino di affinare in cantina e assaggiarlo nella sua forma definitiva🍷

The harvest went well—surpassing both expectations and the concerns raised by the extremely hot weather ✨

But let's wait a little longer before drawing conclusions about the vintage. We want to give the w**e time to age in the cellar so we can taste it in its final form 🍷

Ma se la chiamano "viticoltura eroica", per noi l'eroismo non sta nella fatica di tutti i giorni.

Ma nel saper affrontare le sfide della natura con resilienza, riconoscendo la meraviglia che ci circonda ogni singolo giorno🍇✨
