A small domaine in Jurançon, in the foothills of the Pyrenees.
Working with old vines and small, carefully tended parcels, the domaine produces w**es in very limited quantities, with a strong sense of place and a remarkably personal character.
A rare glimpse into a lesser known side of Jurançon. The w**es are mind blowing,precise, vibrant and deeply connected to its land. Sone of this w**es will be available to be drunk at filiera. No take away possible on those rare bottles.

From next week, Turkish eggs will be always on the winter menu.

A plate inspired by our years in London, but rooted in the heart of Salento, made with the best eggs from our friend Giulio and the best yoghurt and butter from Caseificio Arcudi .

We believe you should know what’s in your cup.

Oat milk has become an industrial product — often far removed from the grain it starts with.

So at Filiera, we looked for something closer to the source.

We chose dryk for its approach to oats: putting the oat back at the centre, not hiding it behind an industrial formula.

A more honest approach to plant-based — made to work with coffee, not simply replace milk.
