In questo reel vi portiamo in cucina insieme ad Andrea, dove prendono vita i nostri 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐢 𝐇ì𝐫𝐬𝐡: pasta fresca con ripieno di cervo, preparata artigianalmente nelle cucine della Locanda Stella.✨

Il nome Hìrsh, che in cimbro significa 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨, rende omaggio alle radici dell'Altopiano di Asiago. A completare la ricetta, una profumata polvere di porcini essiccati dell'Altopiano, realizzata da noi.

Potete gustare i Tortelloni Hìrsh direttamente al ristorante oppure acquistarli confezionati per portarli a casa e vivere un po' della nostra cucina anche sulla vostra tavola.

In this reel, we take you into the kitchen with Andrea, where our 𝐇ì𝐫𝐬𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐢 come to life: fresh pasta filled with venison, handcrafted in the kitchens of Locanda Stella.✨

The name Hìrsh, which means 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐫 in the Cimbrian language, pays tribute to the roots of the Asiago Plateau. The recipe is completed with a fragrant dusting of dried porcini mushrooms from the Plateau, prepared by us.

You can enjoy our Hìrsh Tortelloni in our restaurants or purchase them freshly packaged to bring the authentic taste of our cuisine to your own table.

Sta per arrivare una nuova creazione firmata Locanda Stella🌟🥃

Si chiama 𝟕 — 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚: un amaro artigianale alle erbe alpine, nato da un’antica ricetta di famiglia tramandata oralmente dalla nonna appassionata di erboristeria e reinterpretata con erbe che si trovano nei prati e boschi dell’Altopiano di Asiago.

Il numero 7 rende omaggio ai 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥’𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐨, terra di tradizioni, memorie famigliari e paesaggi alpini da cui prende ispirazione l’identità di questo amaro.

Introducing 𝟕 — 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚, a handcrafted Alpine herbal amaro inspired by an old family recipe, passed down orally by owner Marco's grandmother and reinterpreted using herbs gathered in the mountains of the Asiago Plateau.

The number 7 pays tribute to the 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐮, a land rich in traditions, family heritage, and breathtaking Alpine landscapes that inspire the identity of this unique amaro.
