Every Mother’s Day, we celebrate love, care, and motherhood ❤️
However, some stories run deeper.

Our founder, Sonal’s, early childhood was spent visiting a dairy almost daily. There, she observed a stark contrast to the bond a child normally shares with their mother. Back home, she was constantly cared for by her own mother. But at the dairy, the mother cows were always tethered far away from their calves.

And whenever the male calves were taken away, she couldn’t sleep at night. The piercing groans and cries of the mothers left behind in the dairy echoed all the way to her home.

Our founder instinctively understood that something wasn’t right. But at that age, there was little she could do. Those haunting experiences, however, stayed with her forever.

In the dairy industry, motherhood is painful.

They feel loss.
They feel attachment.
They grieve too.

This isn’t written to shock you.
It’s written so we stop looking away.

Because compassion shouldn’t end with humans.
And motherhood deserves empathy in every form.

Choosing plant-based or vegan
isn’t just about food.

It’s about choosing less suffering and more compassion.

To the forgotten mothers —
we see you. 🐄
