Dal Makhani Recipe (English)
*Ingredients:*
- 1 cup black lentils (urad dal)
- 1/4 cup kidney beans (rajma)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cream or milk, for garnish

*Instructions:*
1. Soak the lentils and kidney beans overnight. Drain and pressure cook until soft.
2. Heat butter or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
3. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add ginger paste and garlic. Sauté for a minute.
5. Add the cooked lentils and kidney beans. Mix well.
6. Add garam masala powder and salt. Mix well.
7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh cream or milk.

Dal Makhani Recipe (Hindi)
*सामग्री:*
- 1 कप काली उड़द दाल
- 1/4 कप राजमा
- 2 कप पानी
- 2 बड़े चम्मच मक्खन या घी
- 1 प्याज, कटा हुआ
- 2 लहसुन की कलियाँ, बारीक कटी हुई
- 1 चम्मच अदरक का पेस्ट
- 1 चम्मच जीरा
- 1 चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
- नमक, स्वादानुसार
- ताजा क्रीम या दूध, गार्निश के लिए

*विधि:*
1. उड़द दाल और राजमा को रात भर भिगो दें। पानी निथारकर प्रेशर कुकर में पकाएं।
2. एक पैन में मक्खन या घी गरम करें। जीरा डालें और चटकने दें।
3. कटा हुआ प्याज डालें और सुनहरा होने तक भूनें।
4. अदरक का पेस्ट और लहसुन डालें। एक मिनट तक भूनें।
5. पकी हुई उड़द दाल और राजमा डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
6. गरम मसाला पाउडर और नमक डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
7. 10-15 मिनट तक धीमी आंच पर पकाएं।
8. ताजा क्रीम या दूध से गार्निश करें।
