Does your tapioca cook like this? All cracked up and powdery? Spoke to the vendor and he said the variety we get never cracks when cooked (ours looks like potato). "Pink" is the variety we need to buy to make it happen (skin is pinkish inside unlike the regular ones. Is it true or is it the baking powder magic/steaming technique. Anyone?
