Think 1 kg cake = 8–12 pieces? Not quite. 👀

Cake weight doesn’t automatically determine the number of portions. It usually depends on the shape, dimensions, height and most importantly, how you cut it.
For example this 1 kg oval cake gave us around 20 portions when cut this way! 🍰

So, there’s no fixed “1 kg = X portions.” It’s just cake math.
