Meet Our Head Chef — Antonio Manuel Hernández

With more than 30 years of experience as a Head Chef and Executive Chef across different countries and culinary cultures, Antonio Manuel Hernández has built his career around one passion: bringing people together through food.

A proud representative of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, his cooking goes beyond tradition. His experience across different countries and continents has allowed him to blend cultures, techniques and flavours, while always respecting the roots of each dish.

Alma Gastrobar was born from his vision.

Antonio designed Alma as a culinary journey through Spain, inspired by the unique identity, traditions and flavours of each of its communities. From north to south, from the Mediterranean coast to the heart of Spain, every dish tells a part of a bigger story: the incredible diversity of Spanish gastronomy.

At Alma, we don't simply want you to taste Spanish food.
