📜 HELP US RECONNECT A MONAGHAN FAMILY AFTER MORE THAN 130 YEARS 🇮🇪❤️🇺🇸 customers in our Restaurant tonight.

We are trying to trace relatives of the McAleer family from Pound Hill, Monaghan.

The parents were:

Peter McAleer and Elizabeth McGeough, who lived in Pound Hill and married around 1874.

Their known children were:

* Mary Ann McAleer
* Ellen (Eleanor) McAleer
* James McAleer
* Henry McAleer
* Frances Joseph McAleer
* Peter McAleer (who sadly died between the ages of 1 and 2)

Around 1894, Mary Ann and Ellen emigrated to Hoboken, New Jersey, USA, while other members of the family remained in Ireland.

Their American descendants would love to reconnect with any relatives who may still be living in Monaghan or elsewhere in Ireland.
