Made with milk from Irish grass-fed cows. The luxury of simplicity. Real Irish dairy ice cream, done right. Emerald Ice Cream — the luxury of simplicity.
(1)

Emerald Ice Cream is a modern Irish dairy ice cream brand founded by friends and farmers Eoin Kennedy and Janet Miley. Made entirely from fresh whole Irish milk and cream, and free range Irish eggs, Emerald celebrates the luxury of simplicity — honest ingredients, genuine craft and a deep pride in Irish dairy. Now available nationwide in Ireland and in shops across the United States, Emerald is proof of what’s possible when two farmers begin to turn their passion into a legacy.
