What a night 🍸✨

A huge thank you to Team Scarlet for joining us at Yamamori Izakaya last week for an incredible bar takeover collaboration.

We were honoured to welcome Moto-san — Tatsuya Motonaga, CEO of Iseya Sake Brewery, the makers of Scarlet Japanese Amaro.

With over 10 years as one of Japan’s top bartenders, Moto-san brought true craftsmanship and creativity to every cocktail of the evening.

We’re also excited to announce that we’ll be launching cocktails featuring Scarlet at Yamamori later this year 👀 Stay tuned!

We are delighted to announce that Team Izakaya will be taking part again this year! Our signature cocktail for this year is Perfume of Spring.

This cocktail is not only delicious, but also a full sensory experience — a drink you can smell, taste, and truly enjoy in the moment.
