ALLIE...

My one and only Elf on the shelf 🩷

As I always call her Baby of Bake'n'Brew..

4 years of laughter and madness...

The most sweetest person I've ever met, someone who loves hoovering 😅 and organising shelves under the counter. Always will try my new cake and tell me her honest opinion.😅 'thats sh*te' or 'its massive' , 'my favourite'. Texting me in the middle of the night asking how big bento cake is 🤣 and what cake she wants for her birthday 😅 Sneaking into my kitchen and robbing chocolate buttons and melting them in microwave 'massive' 😅
She keeps all the team on their toes , noone can leave the phone lying around as she will open camera and take a sneaky nasty selfie ( as you can see in the stories every so often) or will leave a voice message on watsapp or will reply on a text for ya.
The one who was leaving 3 times in the past 4 years and stayed .. but this time its for real 😢

I am very sad that I will lose Allie as an employee but we will gain her as a customer and then there will be a real critic attitude 😅 no mercy 🤣 and I bet she will walk in one day and will go to the coffee machine to make her own coffee... thats just Allie..

Good luck in your new adventure and I hope we will see you often enough for Basque cheesecake and your vanilla flat white 🤎

❄️Our Christmas opening hours

Today once again we were catering for for their last event for this year. It was all about coffee machines and their new equipment on the market.

Girls were up early to prep sandwiches, pastries and desserts and sent me off on a journey to MRS.

We are so proud to be a part of MRS and support events like this one with quality and tasty foods.
