π± BACK TO BASICS β 30 WEEK FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAMME π±

CASP's next Back to Basics Family Support programme begins on Monday, 14th September 2026 at CASP.
Back to Basics Family Support Programme is a supportive 30-week programme for family members who are, or have been, affected by a loved oneβs substance use. It provides a safe space to focus on you β your needs, your wellbeing, your boundaries and your confidence.
The programme includes three modules:
πΏ Back to Basics β self-awareness, understanding your personal needs and building healthy boundaries
πͺ Empowerment & Addiction Awareness β understanding addiction-related behaviours and learning healthier ways to respond
β€οΈ Health & Wellbeing β focusing on self-care, self-love, health and overall wellbeing
There will also be opportunities for group activities, field trips, arts and crafts, and time to connect with others who understand what you may be going through.
