❄️❄️❄️ New Winter Hours ❄️❄️❄️

We’re sorry if our new hours affect your daily routine!

We had a choice this winter — close a little earlier each day, or close for a full day each week. For us, staying open 7 days a week in both locations was important.

We know the West Cork winter can be a bit of a drag, and we love being able to keep our doors open every day as a community space.

A massive thank you to all our customers who make it possible for us to stay open 7 days a week, all year round. ❤️

Soft launch of our homemade focaccia sandwiches today in both shops.

We’ll have a meat and vegetarian option available on Thursday and Friday only this week from 10.30am. Limited supply while we find our feet.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get this right. We’ve listened to our customers — sandwiches are finally here at DRIP.

3 years at the top of Ross square! Where has the time gone?

We’re just grateful to everyone who has come through the door. We’d have no business if it wasn’t so well supported by the community.
Building a community space has always been the goal. We need more community spaces in rural communities.

There have been ups. There have been downs. I wouldn’t change a thing. The good news is we’ve extended our lease so we’ll continue to be part of the community in Ross for a long time to come.

Thank you to our customers and our hard-working team for making this dream a reality. Keep moving forward.
