We started the morning at our HQ by welcoming and for a cupping session with friends eager to explore coffees from different origins. They brought selections from Ethiopia and Colombia—such a great way to kick things off.

We also had a conversation about how coffee culture is evolving in Indonesia, Colombia, and Ethiopia. We found ourselves sharing similar challenges, with plenty of work ahead to grow and sustain specialty coffee in our own homes. One thing we agreed on: everyone deserves good coffee, and coffee can be a bridge that connects us.
