Do you know the Margherita pizza is the symbol of Italy?

It is believed that this pizza is created in 1889 in honour of the Queen of Italy "Margherita of Savoy"👸🏼and the Italian Unification, with the colours of the Italian flag🇮🇹: tomato (red), Mozzarella (white) and basil (green).

At P***A PIZZA, it is our favorite recipe. We did many attempts to improve our Margherita recipe, and we fall in love over and over again with this KING of all pizzas!🙂

With our special sourdough pizza base, it is the perfect tasty X healthy mix
