This month, we are celebrating our captains—Luca, Jessy, and Greta—with a pizza that works as hard as they do. “La Pizza dei Capitani” is our elevated take on the classic Tonno e Cipolle. We’ve packed it with protein and bold, zesty flavors: marinated red onions, savory anchovies, a hint of Calabrian chili heat, and premium tuna. Topped with black olives and a touch of fior di latte, it’s a Mediterranean powerhouse finished with fragrant oregano and olive oil.
