花并 カゴカキダイ
可以說是Zinc師傅最愛魚種之一，如果光臨過來本店的顧客，一定會發現牆上掛了一幅花并的畫作。
炎夏已過，終於來到微涼的秋天。秋冬天皆是花并的季節，其口感軟滑，油脂香甜，蒸煮表現同樣出色，配上醋飯口感完美，實為必食寿司之選。
