Exciting news - we are expanding Big Pink Burgers to a second physical location, opening on the Sai Kung Waterfront on May 4th next month. We’ll have the same menu, the same hours and the same funky charm. More details to come soon, so stay tuned.

If you didn’t already know, our burger menu is also available in Kowloon through Foodpanda and Keeta, delivering out of Graceland mong Kok.

Trying a patty melt is like trying a cheeseburger for the first time. It’s the same classic burger experience but with an incredible amount of added texture through perfectly toasted white bread. The experience for everyone who’s tried one since we’ve added it to the menu has been phenomenal. It’s probably the gravy stewed onions that push it over the edge into one of the best things you’ve eaten in a while.

We grind all our own beef in house using American Wagyu and chuck for an incredible burger patty, which we smash on the grill and sandwich between buns or, as mentioned, perfectly toasted white bread.

Next week is all about turkey - smoked turkey. From Wednesday to Sunday you can get house smoked turkey with all the good sides for $290 per person. Gather some friends and get festive with us, and be sure to message for a booking.

As much as we adore baby back ribs, they will no longer be on our menu after November 24th. They will be back as weekend treats but we are sorry to say to the fans of the ribwich that much like the original that inspired it, you’ll need to keep an eye out to find it from now on.

The good news is this is 3 weeks from now so there is still time to indulge in some house smoked American ribs before we shake things up.
