Experience a rare convergence of traditional craftsmanship and modern culinary vision at the HKUAA Clubhouse. On 15th April 2026 (Wednesday), we proudly present an exclusive Four-Hands Dinner—"A Contemporary Chinese Dialogue"—featuring a highly anticipated collaboration between rising culinary star Nero Ip and our Executive Chef Ka-Wing Lai.

This one-night-only event redefines the art of Chinese dining. Nero Ip, the self-taught visionary behind Nero Kitchen known for his acclaimed international pop-ups in Paris, Shanghai, and Bangkok, brings a sophisticated modern interpretation to heritage flavours. Together with Chef Lai, they have meticulously curated a contemporary menu that bridges authentic roots with bold innovation.

To elevate the evening’s refined artistry, guests will also enjoy a specially crafted "Man Tang Xiang" (滿堂香) MaoTai Cocktail, designed to perfectly complement the evocative flavours of this culinary dialogue.

On 9th March 2026 (Monday), the HKUAA Clubhouse proudly presents the Luis Cañas Wine Dinner, showcasing a selection of exceptional wines from Bodegas Luis Cañas, paired with a thoughtfully crafted menu by Executive Chef Ka-Wing Lai.

Executive Chef Lai Ka-wing has elevated this classic delicacy with a thoughtful and innovative presentation. By replacing the traditional sea whelk shell with an abalone shell, the dish not only becomes easier to enjoy but also reduces ingredient waste while enhancing the flavours with the rich umami and tender texture of abalone meat.
