In the spirit of “Junk Bod” season, we’re just going to leave this one here…

This Summer banger is where Mustard Seed-infused Vodka meets Japanese Tomato Liqueur, a few fresh Cucumber slices, balanced out with Lime and a lusciously tart Honey Shrub. Savoury yet refreshing, with a little hint of spice. Topped off with freshly cracked pepper and a tomato & cucumber snack skewer for snacking.

‘Honey Trap’ is basically salad in liquid form, what’s not to love?! 🥗❤️

H***y Tonks Tavern is much more than just a fried chicken restaurant. 🍗✨

Big-ass-pizzas, crispy tater tots, fried pickles, chicken wings, cauliflower bites and more. Then you roll into Smashed Burger Sundays, Bonetown Wings Mondays and Happy Hour All Night Wednesdays.

With the abrupt arrival of HK Summer, Chef Eddie has given our food menu a little refresh with more salads and sandwiches. Must orders include the chicken caesar salad, po’ boy and buffalo tender sandwich, H***y chicken burger and loaded tots with tenders and mozzarella, doused in buffalo & blue cheese…

Don’t forget about the boozy cocktails, hard slushie, exquisite wines, cold beer and fine spirits too. Not to mention all the tunes and warm hospitality. Not your average bar programme here. 😮‍💨

We’re very excited to welcome , Global Brand Ambassador of one of our favourite bitters brands: Scrappy’s Bitters to H***y Tonks Tavern.

For one night, he’ll be behind the stick for a 2-hour service, sharing his expertise and pouring a special menu built around these incredible bitters and more. Each drink is the ultimate embodiment of his “service and consistency” philosophy, swipe left for the full menu — we can’t wait.

Doors open from 5pm, shift starts from 7pm until sold out! Walk-ins only folks, you know the drill.

This seasons latest Spritz Boi by is made in the way any good spritz should be. Bubbly and refreshing, bringing a little taste of Summer in a glass to the shores of H***y Tonks Tavern.

Featuring Gin, Bubbles, Lime and Guava, lime wheels for garnish. Guava flavours lead the way, it’s bright, tart, refreshing, easy drinking yet low-key boozy. It’s anything but basic and perfect for swinging through multiple rounds on sunny afternoons without weighing you down.

Come enjoy some spritzes and celebrate the beginning of 100% humidity and 30C breezeless evenings out in the park or in the tavern.

This is a very special one, curated by our very own Bar Manager .esze as part of his entry for the Tropical Challenge 2026! His personal take on the tropical Piña Colada turned into a stunning blue Milk Punch. It’s still creamy like the classic, just on the lighter side, with , vanilla and cardamom flavours coming through from our homemade spiced milk.

From the beginning we promised they’d be fun and anything but traditional. As long as they were wickedly tasty. Doesn’t mean we don’t love having pepperoni on our pizza. That’s a classic and we don’t mess with those.

💫 Seasonal Special: H***y Had a Lil’ Lamb
Tapenade base, spiced lamb, herb salad, parmesan shavings, pickled shallots and lots and lots of love. ❤️

Summertime in Mexico is only made bearable by the rainbow of Aqua frescas found at every market and cafe. Spanish for “Cool Waters,” these fruit-based refreshers also work wonders in Hong Kong, where it’s always too hot and too humid. Inspired by his last trip back home to CDMX, Edgar has returned with a full flavored zero proof version of his house signature ‘No Way José’! Combining beautiful fresh pink guava juice with gorgeous deep red from dried Hibiscus, this one should be called the yes way!

Bright and fresh, with a touch of almond and lime you won’t even miss the Tequila. Pinky swear!!

Sweaty season has crept up upon us stealthily, and if you’re feeling parched and sticky as you stomp out of the office, may we suggest a thirst crushing boozy slushie from H***y Tonks to kickstart your night? 🥵

Our hard slushie flavours rotate daily or so, stuffed with fresh fruit, juice and more booze than one can imagine. More sophisticated than one would expect from a childhood delight.

Incase you haven’t been acquainted with this newbie on the menu… Local ‘Lao Gan Ma’ Mayo with your choice between a chunky fried Chicken Thigh or grilled Chicken Breast, topped with Soy Cucumber, American Cheese and our House Slaw. It’s savoury, spicy, with a hint of Chinese flavours in there too.

Some call it “to die for”. We just call it the H***y Chicken Burger. 🐓🍔
