咖啡爽節由雙料烘焙冠軍Rias Coffee的Margaret Lee號召全球咖啡知名品牌參與，包括世界三大咖啡教父 Scott Rao 的Prodigal Coffee、多次榮獲世界第一咖啡店的Simple Kaffa、2017 世界沖煮冠軍王策（VWI）連同台灣烘焙冠軍Simmy (夕迷咖啡) 一起興一眾啡迷分享咖啡的魅力。

源自台灣的咖啡爽節（Coffee Mania Festival）在香港已邁進第二年，感謝星光大道委員會的邀請，本年度的咖啡爽節將於4月12日至13日在尖沙咀星光大道梳士巴利花園舉行，一連2日的咖啡爽節將向全港啡迷提供沉浸式的咖啡新體驗，當中有超過50間精品咖啡品牌參與的市集、刺激緊張的咖啡比賽，和Bean to cup工作坊，體驗由烘焙到沖煮的樂趣，定能滿足每一位啡迷。

時間：10am-8:30pm

Coffee Giocoso has roasted five coffee beans of different origins and processing methods specially for the drip bags of Beyond Coffee and Bar, as we join hands together launching the Mental Wellness Arts Project in the upcoming 心情 * 深情 Concert this Saturday (15 June, 2024) at Coffee Mania Festival Hong Kong

The Mills Annex & M4 南豐紗廠

This concert will feature two special musicians, who are the projects' Wellness Ambassadors: singer Michelle Siu (蕭凱恩) and violinist Yijie Ding (丁怡杰). Their physical blindness does not forbid them to strive on pursuing their dreams and passions, as they overcome rises and falls in their life journeys to become professional musicians. They love to share their hearts through music, as they join hands with Dr. Grace Yu, founder of Coffee Giocoso.

Local artist Elizabeth Pang has kindly lent imageries of 5 of her paintings from her Life Stories Series Paintings to match the 5 weathers of the "Self Positive Talk cards"!

Watoto Asia will also support by providing Uganda Green Coffee Bean samples (proudly roasted by Coffee Giocoso and included in the Coffee Drip Bags set of Beyond Coffee and Bar), as well as bringing Watoto Ambassador Betty to support the concert. 100% sales of the "Rainbow" Coffee Drip Bag will be donated to Watoto on the day of the event!

來自台灣的劉政因對咖啡充滿熱情而在2015年創辦「咖啡爽節」，並與多位咖啡師組成「咖啡爽團隊」，積極到不同國家推動咖啡文化。為了提升技術及推廣優質咖啡，他們曾越洋至喜馬拉雅山區，與當地人交流，並在聖母峰山腳下成立全世界最高的咖啡烘焙屋，現時仍常到世界各地與咖啡師交流、分享咖啡烘焙技術。
