Yuzu is a well known winter fruit from Japan, also is it’s country’s favourite citrus. The cocktail features Yuzu wine featuring vanilla creating a winters aromatic flavour paired with gin, which results in a marshmallow-like flavour, sweet and cozy like a dessert that warms you. A frothy foam is also created on top to maximise the creamy, silky texture of the drink, nurture your soul in the bleak midwinter.
