[Pop Up Lab, Hara Kako x Plantation]

Join us on the weekend of May 9–10 for a special collaboration between Hara Kako and Plantation. Come experience the journey of Kako-san and Nana. What began as a playful coffee-tea experiment has evolved into a complete 3-course tasting experience, highlighting a seasonal Ethiopia Elto Natural by Hara Kako Coffee Roasters alongside an innovative iteration of Red Oolong curated by .

[New SOE Release]

We’re really excited to be serving 2 new seasonal SOEs, separately 1 in each branch - We’ll be brewing at Sheung Wan a juicy Anaerobic Ethiopia 74158, & over at Elements a bold exotic Natural Kenya! 🌀

The teams’ comments after dialing in - the Anaerobic processed Ethiopia brings a lot of tartaric and tropical fruit flavors, like red grapes, blackcurrants and mango 🍇🫐🥭; whereas the Natural processed Kenya has a high complexity and boldness - imagine red fruits like cinnamon apple, raspberry and sweet plum 🍎🍓🍒

Limited servings from this week onwards, come by and try them out at our 2 different branches, どうぞ!
