Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 ½ cups sliced strawberries

Method

1: Prepare the Crust
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Ingredients
• 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¾ cup powdered sugar

• 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
• 1 can peach pie filling or sliced peaches

Directions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread filling into the crust, then top with peaches. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

8 oz mascarpone cheese 🧀

1/3 cup powdered sugar 🍥

1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦

1 package ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi) 🍪

1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries 🍓

1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves 🍓

1/2 cup water 💧

Cocoa powder for dusting 🍫

Directions:

In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.

In a small bowl, mix raspberry jam with water to create a dipping liquid. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the mixture and line the bottom of a square or rectangular dish.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Add a layer of fresh raspberries. Repeat with remaining soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture. Smooth the top and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

200 g tortilla chips, lightly crushed

250 g shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

1. Cook the Beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
