No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake: A Sweet Delight
Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
For the Banana Layer:
3-4 bananas, sliced
For the Toppings:
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
1 cup whipped cream
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Method
1: Prepare the Crust
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
2: Make the Cheesecake Layer
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the chilled crust.
3: Add the Banana Layer
Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the cheesecake layer.
4: Add the Toppings
Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the banana layer.
Arrange the sliced strawberries over the pineapple layer.
Drizzle the warmed hot fudge sauce over the top.
Spread the whipped cream over the fudge sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and garnish with maraschino cherries.
