Cafe Assistant Vacancy
Part time 22.5 hours a week
Days available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
10.00 till 14.30 with flexibility to cover holidays and occasional weekend shifts when required. Will consider job share if wanting less hours. Please indicate how many hours you are looking for when applying.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
Duties include serving customers with drinks, snacks and sandwiches. Operating the till and handling card and cash transactions. Using dishwasher and restocking of crockery and cutlery back to serving area.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafe, including tables, storage areas, counters, kitchen and equipment.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential. We ask you to be reliable, punctual, flexible and happy in your work and in return we will provide a welcoming and supportive workplace atmosphere with free drinks and a light lunch when on duty.
