Last night we ran our dough ball canape service with Italian and Indian inspired flavours, tailored to the bride and grooms preference. This was followed by a delicious pizza buffet service to end the night. I had the pleasure of serving the Canapes. It's funny how you are always met with smiles when you have food in your hands 🎉🍕🥳

Here are a few of my favourite set-ups this month! July has been full on to say the least. We are closing in on 38 events completed. When I take a moment to think about this it blows my mind 🤯 ...but there isn't much time for that.

As always thank you all for the support, our pizzas change the world and the industry for the better. Most people enjoy our pizzas because they like the style, the taste or the quality but no matter why you enjoy our pizza every single one votes for free-range animal welfare, organic farming and UK agriculture. Every pizza we make has a possitive impact 🩵🩵🩵

Excited to share that we've been working with The Buffalo Farm over the past few months, fine-tuning the process to get the perfect mozzarella for our pizzas.

We love partnering with people who share our values. Their herd free-ranges and is looked after with real care and it shows in the end product. It's rich and creamy like buffalo mozzarella should be, but with subtlety and depth from the varied diet these girls enjoy in their pastures.

That translates beautifully onto our pizza, and we're excited to keep fine tuning the process to make our pizza even better!

A massive shout out to the team at The Buffalo Farm brilliant to work with, and they really know their craft!

Loved being part of something special at a few weeks ago 🍕 We set up a pop-up pizzeria in their beautiful new outdoor space and it was brilliant to watch their regulars discover it in a whole new way. It is so nice to work with people who care about what they do.
