Charcoal, a skewer, and time. That's been the Turkish way of cooking meat for centuries. πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡·

No pans, no shortcuts - just the marinade doing its work overnight and the coals doing the rest. It's the oldest method there is and nothing's ever improved on it.

Come and see why it's lasted this long.

Istanbul officially opens this Saturday, 3rd October πŸŽ‰ Message us now to get your table booked.

We've spent the last few weeks getting everything ready, and Saturday is the day it all comes together. The new menu is served for the very first time, the charcoal grill is going from lunch, and the bar's open late.

Regulars, it's the same spot you know from Marley, just with a new name and a whole new menu to enjoy. New faces, come and see what the fuss is about πŸ˜‰

Lunch or evening, a table for two or a table for ten, send us a message and we'll sort it.

A timeless classic is coming to Istanbul πŸ–

Our Δ°ncik is lamb shank slow-cooked until it falls off the bone, served with roast potatoes and fresh herbs. It's proper Turkish comfort food, made the way it should be.

It joins our brand-new menu when we officially open on Saturday 3rd October. Who's first in line? πŸ‘€

Meet Ugur πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³

He’s been in the kitchen for over 30 years, so it’s fair to say he knows his way around one.

That experience shows in the care and attention he puts into every dish that leaves the kitchen.

You’ll be seeing plenty more from him around here 🀌🏻
