This summer, we’re putting the spotlight on the drinks that deserve a little more attention.

The longest drink on the menu.

Not to make…

To wait for.

Our Cold Brew is brewed overnight using Musaza, giving you a smooth, refreshing coffee that’s ready when the doors open.

Part of the Summer Menu.

☀️

About this coffee
“Musaza” means elder in Kinyarwanda, Rwanda’s national language- a nod to wisdom, respect, and tradition.

This lot was processed at Rwamatamu’s Mbare washing station in Muhanga, in Rwanda’s Southern Province. After harvest, the cherries are carefully laid out on raised beds to dry in the sun and are carefully hand-sorted. Over the following 26-33 days, they’re turned regularly and sorted again, allowing the natural sugars and fruit flavours to gradually seep into the beans and develop depth and complexity in the cup.

A clean, juicy cup reminiscent of blackberry jellies and parma violet sweets, balanced by the acidity of deep red cherries. A moreish coffee that has layers of complexity across every brew method.
