Yay for Bookers. After a failed delivery yesterday, a super hero arrived today. All be it down the path, but needs must. We formed a convoy with him and handled the mix like we were putting out a fire!
To the ladies I overheard moaning about him being on the pavement. Try living a day in someone else’s shoes!
Let’s hope the DPD driver achieves attempt 2 !!
No sign yet!
Update: Never arrived 🙄☹️

Still waiting for a few pink winners, but thought it was time to post those that have called in. Lovely to see Sophie Ormrod collecting her raffle prize with little helpers, that I’m sure will help her eat the prize too! Our Polly Pose winner Zara also came in picking up her prize and her usual ice cream. Plus our lovely pink runner ups.

Couldn’t have wished for a lovelier little person to find the Sterling Renovations bear that was hidden amongst our sweets. Emma was delighted with the builder bear and the free milkshake. I wonder where the next Sterling bear will be hidden? Keep an eye on their posts.

The Shake Shops
MYSTERY HAUNTING COMPETITION
We’ve noticed spooky things are afoot. Sweets are shaking, jars are jingling, blenders are buzzing, freezers are flickering and toppings are tipping.
Which ghostly ghoul is responsible:

To be in with a chance of winning the Halloween hamper. Like the post. Comment your chosen number and tag a fiendish friend.

We’ve set up a ghost cam and will post our findings. All correct guessers will go into a draw.

We have been known to moan about delivery drivers on occasion, but not this one.
Although he had to park in the car park out the back of Lloyd’s and borrow our truck he smiled throughout. Krazy Kim went to help and declared that boxes full of 3kg sweets are not for the faint hearted going up a hill, especially 3 times!
Yesterday, our equally lovely Bookers delivery driver took about an hour in town, negotiating barriers to thankfully deliver our milk and mix! Good start to the complete road closure but I bet there will be some no shows, despite the very helpful work men.

Our Witney in Pink window, was primarily a fund raiser, but during the journey of planning, creating, assembling and the big day itself, it also gave us many new friendship opportunities. Like with the wonderful friendly, family business Sterling Renovations. Just like us, but bricks, not shakes! We’re loving the Bear & Share idea. Maybe we are involved 😉

That was a lovely cycle ride home. If you haven’t got your sound on, you’re missing one of the best sounds available to man. Glorious. I didn’t overtake because I was enjoying it too much.
